Coaching & Mentorship

One-on-one conversations are a high way to gaining clarity and moving out of a feeling of being stuck to a genuine excitement for taking action.  Michelle's super power is a compassionate approach to asking all of the right questions - the ones only you have the answers to.

Education and Career Scoping (Youth)

If you are concerned about getting into an Ivy school and fast tracking to CEO Michelle's not your coach.  Michelle provides a stress-free approach that provides a realistic framing for education as a tool not a be all and end all.  Finding a right fit school or career leads to better outcomes and stronger mental health.

Empty Nester (or Almost Empty Nester)

The house is too quiet, the fridge too full and your schedule is free from school drop offs and party pick ups. It can all come as a shock after 17 years of putting parenting first.  We work through the grief and bumps in the road as you navigate a new reality while rediscovering who you are beyond a parent.  We explore what role you play in parenting an adult child and how you can find purpose after kids.

Retirement Planning

It's right around the corner (or maybe its here but doesn't feel quite right yet) and you feel misaligned or directionless or uncertain about what this chapter brings for you after kids and a career.  We explore this new identity, new routines and rituals and the ways in which you will continue to make a difference.   We touch on everything beyond financial planning!

Next Chapter Coaching

Transitions are hard.  Letting go of what was, envisioning a new version of your life and yourself can seem confusing and overwhelming.  Having Michelle on your team can help you find the closure you need and a plan for moving into whatever comes next for you. Post-divorce, laid off, leaving a job, moving to a new city or any other transition, big or small, it's all hard.
